Workout 4

  • FBB Press: 5x5@85, BBB: 5x10@65
  • KB Swings: 5x10
  • Weighted Vest Walk: 1 mile

I know better than to do any lower body assistance work with the frequency and amount of Squat/Deadlift work I'm doing.  There's simply no need for it.  Today, I'm paying for it.  Lesson learned.

Later today I'll get my second Squat workout of the week in.  Should suck, but I'm still feeling pretty Well.  I'm sore and stiff, but still not beat up.

I'm enjoying this challenge.  The one thing I struggle with is doing too little.  I have to continue to remind myself that the total amount of work I'll be doing over the next 30 days will more than even out.  So, I'll be slathering my knees with some fancy liniment and getting my deep knee bends in later this morning.
