Box squats wide 570x5x3 reps

Reverse Hypers 3x20

Third day of squatting starting to wear on me. Two more days dropping the weight some and increasing the reps. Will see how this pans out next week with the deadlift. Experimented with the wife for two cycles of this. Her dead went up about 30lb on singles and triples jumped 50lb or so. She is a sumo puller as well and this was a pr conventional. Hoping the translation is the same for me.
