Today I had a grou from 9-10am.  It consisted of athletes from 9yrs old to weekend warriors around 70yrs old and everyone in between.  We had a deadlift party with all them (timed method) and hit a lot of full body based movements.

After the group I had a 1-1 and the wrestlers brother joined us.  The older brother is a D1 wrestler at an Ivy League school.  We hit a ladder of safety bar squats then a lot of lower body movements.

I didn't have time to do anything after as I had to get home and rest for the destruction/death by overeating.  Tomorow I have one class from 8-9am then we are heading straight to see the Missouri vs. Arkansas Razorbacks game.  Should be cool to see my old teammate in action getting his athletes ready.
