Today our lifter hit a comp set up and command squat. We had them work up to a single. After that they hit a planned third attempt or a tad more using light bands doing a rev band squat. After that to get some blood flow they hit leg curls, and some mid section work then shut it down until tomorrow.
yesterday I hit some box squats worming on form and was happy with the way it felt and the weight I did. After that I hit some leg presses and called it a day.
Getting pumped to get to madison this weekend with the family and seeing Ross and his family. College game day will be there and they switched the game to a night game which will be nuts. Hoping wish can open some eyes again and tear them up. Looking forward to th food also.......
