Another good week for me in the weight room.  I'm still figuring out what my program will be as far as exercises and the pairings.  I can wear the weighted vest for everything except Pull-ups right now.

We have one more week until spring break.  When I get back from that I'll try to introduce Dips and see how the sternum holds up.  By that point I'll be finishing week 13 of healing so I should be good to go.  Twelve weeks is what I was told for full healing of the sternum.  We shall find out.
