Went to Biltmore and spent the day kayaking(well pretty much drifting) and did the house tour.  Got alittle sun but coated up well before going out

Been about a year since I started chemo and radiation for the neck cancer. I was about 3 weeks into radiation treatment this time last year.  Today was my 4th checkup being clear so a good day. I forget these things sometimes and have to take a step back and be very thankful for all I have and the great people around me all the time.  I get caught up in the hustle of life not realizing what a joy it is to be alive. So I am very thankful and happy to be around another year and mostly thankful for the wonderful people in life to enjoy it with. Also the great wife, Susan,  who I have come to realize is the Great Cultivator of Happiness and Sunshine.  I believe this is her one true calling.
