I enjoyed my break.  It was a nice change of pace.  I'm not fully healed (back), but it's come a long way and I feel much better.

I was at Wendler's for 6 days and we trained 4 times.

Day 1

  • FBB Bench: Worked up to 115x5 (I think I ended up doing 6 or 7 sets)
  • FSL: 50 reps @95
  • KB Squat: 50 reps

Day 2

  • SSB Box Squat: 270x5 (PR!)/300x3 (PR!)
  • FSL: 50 reps @210
  • KB Row: 50 reps

Day 3

  • Fat Bar Bench: Worked up to 125x5
  • FBB FSL: 5x10@105
  • KB Swing: 2x10/KB Squat: 2x10

Day 4

  • Trap Bar: 330x5
  • FSL: 50 reps @240
  • Push-ups: 50 reps

I got my American Cambered Angle Bar in the mail before Christmas.  I took it in to try it out today.  Probably got overzealous, but I feel good.

Saturday

  • Hang Clean: 7x3@95
  • Push-ups: 25 reps
  • FBB Bench: 2x5@95/2x5@105/115x5, FSL: 5x5@95
  • Pull-ups: 10 reps

I just played around with numbers all week.  I plan on Squatting tomorrow and I'll start my new cycle then.
