Did this after 14 hours at work around 9:30pm. Just felt like working out.

Saturday Training: Conditioning

Bike: 6 miles

Monday Training: Bench

FBB Bench: 200x5/230x5/260x11 PR!
Pull-aparts: 2x25

SSB Box Squat FSL: 5x5@245
Dips: 5x10
Pull-ups: 5x5

T-Bar Row: 2x25
Neck Harness: 2x10
Farmer's Walk: 200 yards w/50's

Today's lift was good. Nothing spectacular, not a blistering pace, just a good, solid lift. It felt good. The Farmer's Walk with 50lb DB's is WAY harder than you would think (or I'm just that weak and awful, which is possible).

I believe the 260x11 FBB is a PR. I'm counting it as such. I need to start keeping track of PR's so I can have something to come back to when I feel like it.
