I got busy and lost track of my log.  I'm not going to post everything I did the last few workouts.  If you look at what I had been doing, it's what I continued to do.  24 workouts in 26 days.

I feel good, but I'm definitely run down.  That's a combination of football camp and training every day.  I'm in the process of taking Friday, Saturday and Sunday off.  I'll start my, as of now, unfinished plan on Monday when we start school.

My plan is to train 3 days a week when we play at home and 2 days when we're on the road.  I felt really good running stadium stairs so I may add that to the end of my lifting workouts because it only took me 10 minutes to do.  I got away from my walks which I'll get back to.  I really came to enjoy them.  About an hour or so of walking and thinking did wonders to clear my head.  Plus, I felt great after.

I think my experiment went well.  I probably won't do anything like it for a while, but it showed me that even though I'm beat up, I can train every day (in some capacity) as long as I keep the workouts very conservative.  I'll do more with my new plan, but I'll continue to be conservative.  I plan to script 3 exercises per workout and then take 10-15 minutes when I'm done to do whatever I feel like doing.  There will be a little plan with this.  The goal is to try to hit every major movement each workout (squat, hinge, push, pull).  And, I can't forget my neck and trap work so I look jacked on the sidelines this year.

I'm upset that my summer has officially come to an end, but it's looking like it'll be a busy, but pretty good semester.
