Training - Cycle 2: Squat

I experimented with a new idea and made a few tweaks during the first cycle.  I think I'm pretty happy with what I've come up with.

Friday Training

  • SSB Box Squat: 3x3@295
  • FBB Press: 5x3@85
  • SSB GM: 2x10@105
  • T-Bar: 3 plates + 25 - 15/10/5
  • Curls/Band Pushdowns

I didn't really do a circuit today.  All of my assistants were training yesterday and two of them finished testing on Wednesday so they had a day to play around before they tart their next training cycle.  I gave them some dumb shit to do.  I had a good session, but I wasn't totally focused.  It was a good Friday, end of the week day, though.  We had a lot of fun.
