Short and to the point.  Felt really good.  The nerve issue is being resolved.  I finally sucked it up and got a massage 5 days in a row.  Seems to be working.  Of course the trainer who did it is now on vacation until January.  But, I've been rolling and stretching and it seems to be going away.
