I was hurting on Thursday.  I knew before I started squatting I wouldn't be able to do any type of pressing movement.  No big deal.

  • SSB Box Squat: 155x5/205x5/225x5/245x5/265x5 PR!
  • Band Rows: 5x20
  • Hammer Row: 5x15
  • Side Raises: 5x10
  • Band Pushdowns: 5x20

The 265 felt awesome!  I know it's only 265lbs, but my body clearly got the rest needed.  Despite my nerve and shoulder issue I'm very happy with training.
