I've lost track of what I've missed in updating my training.  This past week was our testing week for football and volleyball.  We also have some stuff happening that I needed to be part of which took up quite a bit of my time.  So, I'll post this past weeks nonsense and we'll just keep moving along.

Monday

  • SSB Box Squat: Bar x10/115x10/135x10/155x8/175x8
  • Pull-ups: 5x3
  • FBB Bench: Bar x10/2x10@65/2x10@85
  • T-Bar: 5x10 w/2 plates
  • Prowler: 6 trips with 95lbs (2 25's)

Wednesday

  • Trap Bar: 95x10/115x10/135x10/155x8/175x8
  • Pull-ups: 5x4
  • Added weighted vest
  • FBB Press: 5x10@65
  • DB Row: 5x10 w/70lbs
  • DB Squat: 5x10 w/50lbs
  • Prowler: 6 trips with 135lbs (2 45's)

Friday

  • SSB Box Squat: 115x10/135x10/145x10/165x8/185x8
  • Push-ups on DB's: 5x10
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • FBB Incline: 3x10@95/2x10@115
  • DB RDL: 5x10
  • Prowler: 6 trip with 135lbs

Notes:

  • Tried Dips... not happening yet or maybe ever again.  Felt very odd.
  • I'll use Pressing and Benching as an assistance exercise for a while.  I don't feel comfortable with a lot of weight and my endurance in my upper body is terrible.
  • I have one more medium volume workout (10/10/10/8/8) and then two high volume (5x10) and I'll go back to a 5's Pro with FSL program to prepare for NOV June.
