I got back from Arkansas on Tuesday and got back in the gym on Wednesday. For some reason, I thought it was a good idea to get all 3 lifts in back to back.
Wednesday
- FBB Bench: 105/115/3x5@125
- Rear Delts: 5x10
- FSL: 5x5@105
- Hammer Row: 5x10
- Prowler: 10x20 yards
Thursday
- SSB Box Squat: 205/230/3x3@255
- FSL: 5x5@205
- BB Curls: 50 reps
Friday
- FBB Incline (1): 95/105/3x5@115
- KB Row: 5x10@50
- BBB: 5x10@95
- KB Row: 5x10@70
- Weight Vest Walk: 20 minutes
I also did some neck and traps after the Bench workouts.
Good start. After doing 3 workouts in a row I realized I'm in pretty good shape and I can probably push a little harder when I train properly (every other day).
