Training Week 1 - Bench

  • FBB Bench: 135x3/150x3/160x8/170x5/180x3
  • Hypertrophy Circuit
  • FBB Press: 3x10@65
  • DB Row/DB Upright Row: 3x10/10
  • GHR: 3x5
  • FBB Curls: 3x10
  • Neck: 2x20

My Bench number was 160 today.  That felt really good.  I'm finally getting some confidence in my left shoulder.  It's not a crap shoot whether it's going to shift, pop or just plain tear, again.  The biceps tendon doesn't move around anymore.  It's certainly not healthy, but it's coming along to my liking.

It's bizarre how the pandemic has seemed to focus my training.  Whatever works.
