Every day I warm-up with 50 Hurdle-unders, 50 Push-ups and 25 Pull-ups before I start training and I do some neck and arm work at the end.  I've been incredibly pathetic with my conditioning.  In my defense, there was a thunderstorm today and Wednesday, but I'm still being a bitch.  That needs to change.

Bench/Incline stuff is feeling great.  I think the extra Push-ups and Pull-ups are helping.

Squat/Deadlift - I'm being lazy.  I despise BBS, but I need to get back to getting 50 reps in instead of just 25.  It's just too easy.  I will also do 3x5 at the top set instead of 3x3.  I'll reserve that for the days that I do feel terrible.

I think I'm actually building some muscle.  The volume is working.  If I get off my lazy ass and actually condition, not just walking, I'll get myself in great shape.  I guess I just don't feel "fat" enough, hence the lack of motivation.  Whatever it is, I suck and it needs to change.
