I did some neck, biceps and triceps work on Monday and Friday. I even stretched today!
It's always amazing to me that one could have such discipline when it comes to some things and such a lack with others. I understand a part of that is whether or not you enjoy doing the "thing". But, maybe that's no really discipline? Too much philosophy for a rainy Friday.
I haven't stepped on a scale since before I went to Arkansas. All I know is I have to use belt notch 4 instead of 3 lately. I was in that weird no man's land last week. Some days 3 feels good and others it's too loose. This week, all 4. Guess this is good? For no good reason, I'm going to see how long I can resist stepping on the scale. I feel good. My conditioning level is getting better. I'm not obese, so why step on the scale?
Of course, since I'm thinking about it I keep glancing up from my screen and seeing the scale in front of me... calling for me... beckoning, like a Ring Ding calls to Vincent. I'm going to have to play hard to get when I walk out today.
