Interesting, but not surprising results.  I'm putting on some weight.  The only real change that's been made is the 3 exercise circuits (and I don't even do them all of the time).  I'm seeing the same thing with my football team.  The major difference there is that they're actually doing 3 real circuits every week.  The packing on the lbs and so am I.

  • BBB (2): 5x10@95
  • Hammer Row: 5x10
  • BB Shrugs: 5x10

Did my neck work, but had no desire to do curls or anything like that.

I have 2 more weeks until NOV.  I'll probably hit my heaviest weights this week and take a little bit of a deload next week, especially while I increase my conditioning to not die when we push the Prowler as part of the challenge.

After NOV I'll have 2 weeks before camp starts.  Since it works out this way I'll make any changes/tweaks to my plan for the fall and just keep running numbers.
