Today our lifters hit some upper body movements all at 5x6 set-rep scheme.  The last couple weeks and this week have really challenged our lifters.  High reps and a lot of similar movements during each session has really helped build their base for the upcoming months.

As fsr as for myself I hit some light curls in the machine, abs, and neck.  Tomorow I plan on hitting some shoulders and back.

I start training the GCWKC this week with tonight being their first session.  Our wrestling kids club is our feeder program into our high school wrestling team.  It is rich in tradition and has help us pave the way for our high school wrestling team to have the most dual team wins in the country.  Look forward to helping out our program.
