Today our Powerlifitng squad hit our warm up and mobility work then headed to the upper body training session. Bamboo bar, ploy push ups, KB front raises, pull ups, and a crap load more upper body based movements. Is great to see the groups all coming together and working.
As far as for myself I didn't do much today as my daughter was home sick so anytime I had was there trying to make her feel better. I feel ok today from deadlifts from yesterday. Still steady slow but progress none the less.
Classes are going great and keeping me busy. Winter break is coming up and is always a busy time with high school and collegiate athletes off school and some home training with us for a couple weeks. Look forward to benching Tomorow. Have a number in my head I wanna hit.
