Today our Powerlifitng squad hit some upper body movments. They started off with some mobility work. We prescribe throughout the Trianon cycle everything one needs to succeeed. If one follows what we do they will do well. In fact everyone I have programmed for have improved in every meet. I have learned from some of the best and done a lot of trial and error on myself. Today close grip boards, sitting low rows, dips, and some other fun stuff was prescribed. Is great to have everyone on board busting their asses.
As far as for myself I went into the lift with no expectations as I took over a week off from being sick. The dr put me on a bunch of meds as they felt I was on the track to getting phenomina. My quads cramped up a lot today I guess from not doing much last week or so.
Tomorow is off for our lifters but I will try to get in some light upper body and do a combo lift fri. Goal is to not look like a mini at the Arnold this year. Disgusting.
