Todsy our Powerlifting Squad hit some upper body work.  Bamboo bar, med-ball push ups, some back movments and a couple fun things at the end had everyone swelled up.  Was really happy with yesterday.  We had Sam hit 645 and Aaron go for 805 for triples on rack pulls.  The others all did well from what it sounded like.  They are off Tomorow to rest then come back thurs/fri to finish up the week.

I hit some squats/leg presses and abs yesterday.  Get crazy dizzy while squatting and deadlifting cannot wait till that feeling is gone.  Literally scared to pass out under the bar.  We are in the process of a company doing a social media commercial for the facility.  I have sent a boatload of videos and pix to them.  Excited to see the first copy.  Have been busy at the gym.  I have been tracking daily how many clients come in and every week had gotten better.  Would like to semi retire soon and open another facility in a diff city and get it up and moving.
