Today our powerlifters hit some light/reps upper body based.  Bamboo crazy bell started us off.  After that they went to some shoulders and back.  The rep scheme on the one arm push ups were brutal.  Everyone looked swole as hell after the lift.

I did some light stuff today during the lift while the afternoon group was going.  I hit some abs on the crunch machine, some curls then neck.  Nothing major just some light work.  Have to get in shape before we go to Columbus.
