Today our Powerlifting Squad hit some light upper body movments.  Just some fluff and puff.  We are having some great groups rolling.  If we keep up at this pace we will have some of the strongest lifters in our area and the Midwest.  For the training session they hit slightly declined DB presses, some shoulder work and back work.  Feels good when some of the crew tells me I should charge for this.  I have never charged anyone to help them get stronger.  I would though like to eventually have a ebook.  Think I can help the general masses as much as the high end powerlifter.

I didn't lift at all yesterday.  Was feeling pretty rough.  Looking forward to going in in a few and hitting some shoulders/back/push-ups.  We officially have been accepted in the XPC championships at the Arnold Classic.  Almost everyone has their hotels and travel plans set up.  Looking forward to seeing my crew and my Elitefts teammates tear it up.  I'm living though you guys for now.
