Today our Powerlifting Squad hit some bamboo bar for reps along with some other tricep and back movements to compliment the session.  Key to Today is to not couprimise fri upper body sessions as this is the heaviest of the cycle.

wed is off and Thursday's is heavy squats.

As far as for myself I hit some ChEst supported rows and mil press.  Felt good but stil not heavy

Plan on some rack pulls and shrugs Tomorow.  Have a busy day but should be able to get it in
