Today our Powerlifitng squad hit our normal mobility work the. Hit an upper body training session.  We prescribe daily mobility work to help prevent injuries and to work on flexibility as well.  For the lift they used the football bar to hit some board presses for higher reps.  Rolling tricep extensions and Tate presses followed.  Close grip pull downs and abs followed to complete the training session.

As fsr as for my self I did a couple small things nothing major to report.  Still a tad sick so trying to get better to lift Tomorow.  Am very excited to see everyone test out next week to see where we are at and what needs to be worked on.  I was told by a very wise programmer in our area that what I prescribe doesn't work so I'm REALLY trying to step my game up to get on his level.
