Today our lifters hit some band walks on the wall along with some super man holds with weight as their warm up.  Their session consisted of high reps DB bench, BB rows, dips, strap rows, and extra bicep and triceps on their own as optional. I hit some bench press and back early in the day.  When I went back later in the day I snuck in some curls. One of my collegiate wrestlers was home this week for ncaa nationals and trained with me some was good to see him.  His brother also trained with me in prep for the corncob nationals in Iowa this weekend and kids MO state the following. Classes are going good and growing at a steady pace weekly.  I have been tracking them since New Years as part of my New Years resolution.
