TAKING IT SLOW!!!  Sucks but glad to be doing something.  Everything feels good.  Just super cautious at this stage.  Have to make sure the sternum is completely healed so I don’t take a step back.  Energy level was good drank some cold brew for the win.

 

Putting all clients and individuals though a deload/fitness week as we tested last week.  Today is upper body.  Working a longer warm up and some stuff we haven’t done in a long time as a refresher.  Lots of light dumbbells movements and conditioning as the weather is pretty good outside.
