Workout 2
- Bench: 5x5@145, FBB FSL: 5x10@95
- BB Curls: 5x10
- Hills w/weighted vest: 3 trips
My hill isn't as long as Wendler's, but is steeper. I'll get myself to the point where 5 trips is the standard. With Deadlift looming in the near future (Wednesday) I wanted to make sure I didn't kill myself.
