I woke up Monday feeling like death. Usually, as I moved around more my body would loosen up and I'd feel good enough to get my lift in. Not Monday. It was time for a break. I did nothing active on Monday and it paid off. I woke up Tuesday feeling much better and back to the routine of feeling better and better as the day went on.

- FBB Press: 5x3@95
- Fat Mans: 5x10
- FBB BBB: 10x5@75
- BB Curls: 5x10
- Neck: 2x20
- 1 mile weighted vest walk
I opted for 3's on my main work and 5's on my BBB because I wanted good, clean reps instead of just getting reps in for the sake of doing reps. I felt much better and my work was better.
I'm finishing my morning groups and mentally prepping for my Squat work today.
