Got this in after travelling back from Arkansas. I just needed to move and get the flight out of my system.

- T-Bar Row: 5x10
- RFESS: 5x5
I got the T-Bar handle from the store. It's excellent. I highly recommend it. My back and traps were fried! First time in a while.
