I feel like I am eating 2000 more calories a day - at least from the standpoint of how I feel in the gym and how full my muscles are right now.  Thing is, the only nutritional adjustment I made this week was adding 50g of carbs over 2 meals and adding 35g of carbs to my postworkout meal.  Honestly, that's it - that's all I did.  And I am weighing 210.

Ok, that isn't ALL I did but that is all I did from a nutritional standpoint.

I also added MK677 as I am getting tons of questions about it on a weekly basis.  I figured I have heard so many good things from people that I trust that I better figure out whether it is hype or if it actually does work.  Look, you might be surprised that I have not ever used it but the reality is that if I used every supplement that I get questions about, I would go broke and it would consume an awful lot of time for what ends up - most times - being a bust.  I try a supplement when I hear positive feedback over and over and when it gets to the point that I feel there might be something to it, I try it out.

I have only been using it for 4 days but the results are crystal clear already.  I am a little watery but nothing of what I thought I would be.  I am not "bloated" or all of a sudden look like a fat pig so I have no problem with my overall look especially considering I feel like my muscles are incredibly full all the time.  The pumps are insane but more importantly the contractile force that my muscles feel is so dramatically different than a week or two ago it is awesome.  I have veins everywhere and feel that the entire weight gain is positive with my body fat remaining exactly where it was before I started.

I admit that I am still using the SCGS compound on Skipload days and I am also using carnitine on a daily basis in combination with the SCGS compound so I feel like I am just as lean as I was a week or two ago but a completely different look due to how full and vascular I am now.  I have had people comment at the gym so I know that I am looking fuller/larger right now.

I am still only Skiploading on Sundays.  I have wanted to push it back to starting Saturday night but I don't want to gain fat right now so that is my motivation to hold off until Sunday.  I don't find that I am any more hungry now than I was a week or two ago, either.

Training right now is still only 3 days but I am looking forward to only doing that another week (next week) and then switching to 4 days a week for a nice change of pace.

So, I have now gone from 196 to 210 with the same condition but I look better because I am fuller and tighter.  I would say that so far, I am really liking this change of gears.  🙂

I am off to judge a show in Wichita this weekend so I hope you all have a great weekend - I know I will!
