Today our lifters were off.  We do a great split that I love.  2days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 2 days off.  It really helps with recovery and allowing you to have a life with family as well.

As far as for myself I hit some back work (pull downs, face pulls, then some DB shoulder presses).  All went well despite feeling like shit.

I have been setting my calander for this fall and it is looking great but busy.  Look forward to a lot of stuff going on.

Look forward to the weekend as we don't have a lot planned should be cooler weather and a lot of food and rest.
