I did some experimenting today to see what I can do.  Honestly, I'm surprised and confused.

  • SSB Box Squat: 245x5
  • KB Row: 5x10
  • Neck: 40
  • DB Curls/Pushdowns: 2x15/2x25

Experiments

  • BB Bench: 55x5/75x5/2x5@95 - no pain/discomfort?
  • Pull-ups: 7x3 - no pain/discomfort?
  • BB Incline (3 angles) - no way this is happening
  • DB Bench - no way this is happening
  • External Rotations - not nearly enough range of motion and pain after 3-4 reps - will revisit
  • Pull-aparts - pain after 12-13 reps

This was actually very surprising and encouraging.  The plan is being formulated.  I've been looking back at my training logs trying to figure out what I was doing that has been good and where I went wrong.
