I did some experimenting today to see what I can do. Honestly, I'm surprised and confused.
- SSB Box Squat: 245x5
- KB Row: 5x10
- Neck: 40
- DB Curls/Pushdowns: 2x15/2x25
Experiments
- BB Bench: 55x5/75x5/2x5@95 - no pain/discomfort?
- Pull-ups: 7x3 - no pain/discomfort?
- BB Incline (3 angles) - no way this is happening
- DB Bench - no way this is happening
- External Rotations - not nearly enough range of motion and pain after 3-4 reps - will revisit
- Pull-aparts - pain after 12-13 reps
This was actually very surprising and encouraging. The plan is being formulated. I've been looking back at my training logs trying to figure out what I was doing that has been good and where I went wrong.
