Felt much better on Wednesday.

  • Block Pulls 135x5, 225x5, v315x5, 5x5@245
  • DB Rows 5x10
  • Push-ups 5x10

 

  • FBB Press 95x5, 105x5, 125x5, 145x5, 5x5@95
  • Pull-ups 5x5
  • Split Squat 5x5 each

 

  • Side Raises 3x15
  • FBB Curls 3x10
  • Stability Ball Sit-ups 50

This was a much better day.

My Press is just awful.  Always has been.  But, it's nice to feel stronger doing them.  I used the widest grip to do the 5x5.  Just wanted to see how it felt because I use the closest grip most of the time.  My shoulder acts up, normally.  Today it didn't.

I've been doing a good job of getting in some kind of cardio work on off days.  usually walking in my neighborhood.  I set a timer for 15 minutes.  When it goes off, I turn around.  I've also been stretching for 30 minutes while I watch TV.  Not every day, but at least on the days I lift.  Honestly, I don't feel any different, but it can't be bad for me.

I'll get in one more before I head off to Arkansas.  I'm trying to get in touch with a few gyms out there that will accommodate my training.  Hopefully, I don't have to go to a commercial gym, again.  But, I'll make do.
