Pretty good day.
I'm still playing around with some ideas for my next cycle. I think I'm pretty set on how I'll do the previous cycle moving forward. I'm hoping to get a vague plan laid out so I can just rotate between cycles as I train.
For some reason I have the desire to do a lot of different movements right now, which is odd. I usually like the boring simplicity of 3-4 movements per workout. I'll ride this wave as long as it lasts.
