  • Trap Bar: 225/245/265/285x3/305x10
  • FBB Push-ups: 5x10
  • FBB Inverted Rows: 5x10
  • DB Curls/FBB Bench (just the bar): 2x25 each

I'm really hoping my shoulder rehab goes well so I can get back to doing some real work for my upper body.  I saw a few pictures from Homecoming and to me, it's obvious that I haven't been able to train my upper body very hard for quite a while.  This is always depressing.
