Not the best day ever.

- Hammer Row: 5x10
- FBB Bench: 135x5/145x5/3x5@155
- Pull-ups: 2x5
- Shrugs: 2x20
It seems I strained my rotator cuff and tore some scar tissue. At least that's what I'm hoping. No big deal. Just have to roll with it and figure out how to make it work. With every setback there's an opportunity to learn, focus on different things and improve.
I'll post my rehab protocol as I go through it. We all have jacked up shoulders because of lifting. I'm lucky enough to be able to get my rehab from the medical team that treats the Cincinnati Reds (they work with us, as a department, as well). Advil, ice and DMSO are in my future.
