This rehab stuff is making things feel worse.  I don't like it.

  • SSB Box Squat: 215/235/255x3/275x7
  • Hammer Row/High Row: 4x15 each

Not a terrible day, but not a good day.  Not sure why.  Sometimes it happens.  I'll do some rehab this morning before I get on the plane.  I'm hoping the time off will have me feeling better when I get back to work on Monday.

It's also week 9 of football season.  The schedule is taking its toll on me, I'm sure.  That may be part of the reason I'm not feeling great.  Such is life.
