Wednesday Training: Week 1/Day 2

  • Trap Bar: 235x3/265x3/295x13
  • Push-ups: 5x10
  • Pull-ups: 8x5

I did some curls and neck to finish up.  Short and sweet today.

The addition of the Prowler pushes is taking its toll.  I can definitely feel it in my upper back, hips legs and feet.  I'm a little sore, but it's not a bad thing.  My body just isn't used to it.  Overall, I feel great.  The conditioning really makes a positive difference.  Another week or so and my feet will acclimate and I'll be fine.
