Week 5 Training (all sessions)


  • FBB Bench: 125x5/140x5/155x10 PR!
  • FSL (straight bar): 5x5@125
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • KB Row: 5x10
  • Neck/Curls


  • SSB Box Squat: 310x10 PR!
  • FBB Incline (2): 135x10 PR!
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • KB Row: 5x10
  • Neck/Curls/Shrugs

As of right now, I can increase my Bench and Squat numbers.  I haven't hit at least 10 on all of my Incline stuff, yet so I'll repeat those numbers.  This week I take my Deadlift number.  I will probably be able to increase that after Wednesday.  So, training is going well despite a lack of motivation last week.
