- SSB Box Squat: 310x10 PR!
- FBB Incline (2): 135x10 PR!
- Pull-ups: 5x5
- KB Row: 5x10
- Neck/Curls/Shrugs
As of right now, I can increase my Bench and Squat numbers. I haven't hit at least 10 on all of my Incline stuff, yet so I'll repeat those numbers. This week I take my Deadlift number. I will probably be able to increase that after Wednesday. So, training is going well despite a lack of motivation last week.
