  • FBB Bench: 125x5/140x5/155x11 PR!
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • Hammer Row: 5x10
  • Neck/Curls


  • Trap Bar: 275x5/305x5/335x5 (no PR Set - my back was all jacked up)
  • BB Press: 5x10
  • Push-ups: 5x10
  • Pull-ups: 5x5
  • Trap Bar Shrugs: 5x10


  • FBB Incline (2): 115x5/125x5/135x8/155x2 PR!
  • KB Row: 7x10 and 1 set of 34
  • Neck: 2x25
  • FBB Curls: 5x10/8/6/4/5
  • Pushdowns: 2x15

It was a good week.  I hit some PR's, missed some chances at PR's, but all in all... good.

I'll have to keep my Trap Bar and Incline numbers the same for another cycle.  I have until next week to decide on my Trap Bar number.  I'm toying with the idea of doing my Deadlift work from a dead stop every rep.  If I do that I'll probably drop it.  I did a few dead stop sets after I hit 335 and it sucked.  That's how I know it's a good idea.

Training is going well, though.  As I've looked back at things it's been a good fall.  That time of year is coming where pushing the Prowler will no longer be something I'm tough enough to do because of the weather.  My plan is to reintroduce FSL and ultimately BBS until it's time to start pushing the Prowler again.
