Monday Training: Squat

  • Push-ups: 5x5
  • BBB: 10x5@245

The BBB work at 245 sucked!  I definitely need to push my BBB weights up a little bit.

Wednesday Training: Bench

  • FBB: 105/115/3x5@125
  • KB Row: 5x10
  • FSL: 5x5@105
  • Hammer High Row: 5x10
  • Neck/Shrugs

Friday Training: Deadlift

  • Trap Bar: 240/280/3x3@320
  • Pull-ups/Fatmans: 15/35 total
  • BBB: 10x5@230
  • Trap Bar Shrugs: 5x10

Saturday Fluff and Puff in the Rec Center.

I wish I had more to say.  I'm at that point in the semester where things are busy with work and my training is moving along nicely.  By no means is it perfect, but there's a lot more going well than going badly.
