Saturday

Took a trip to the Rec Center to play on some machines.

  • Chest Press: 100
  • Seated Row/Lat Pulldowns: 100
  • Landmine Press: 50 each
  • Good Mornings w/empty SSB: 50
  • Curls/Pushdowns

Playing on the machines was a nice change.  Obviously, I don't use them much so it was a different feel.  I mindlessly went through the motions and got a good pump in.  Most of my sets were between between 10-20 reps.
