I did Neck/Traps and some arm work each day, as well.
In looking back at my training log and writing this out I've noticed I've had a few bad days as far as good focus on what I'm doing. I've had too many days where I "had stuff come up". Obviously this happens, but I'm letting it happen too often.
This week I pulled that same crap again on Monday. So, I have a renewed focus on making sure the hour or so I spend training is invested well instead of just spent.
I'm really enjoying the basic set up of the workouts. Now, I just have to do them well instead of just doing them.
