I had a great weekend of exercise.  Nothing magical or really worth writing about, but I'm going to do it anyway.

Friday

  • Everything done with 20lb weighted vest
  • RFESS: 10x3 each
  • Side Raise/Rear Raise: 5x10 each
  • DB Row: 10x10
  • This circuit was done in 30 minutes
  • Pull-aparts: 100
  • Band Pushdowns: 50
  • DB Curls: 50
  • Just did the extra for fun
  • Went to Rec Center and banged out 30 minutes on bike

Saturday

  • Bike: 20 minutes
  • Pull-aparts: 100
  • Side Raises: 50
  • KB Shrugs: 50

Sunday

  • Bike: 20 minutes
  • Trap Bar (sort of): 10x5
  • KB Row: 10x10
  • Side Raise: 10x10

I just used an unloaded Trap Bar to go through the motions.  I wanted to see how my chest/stomach would feel being all bunched up at the bottom.  Felt pretty good.  The Row was easy being it was only a 35lb KB, but I did them nice and slowly.

I hate it, but I'm actually sore today.  Feels good to feel like I did something.
