With my bicep and shoulder killing me if I pull with them at all...I can tell exactly when I'm doing the snatch and clean incorrectly...because it kills me!

The biggest thing that I need right now is a technical plan in the 70-90 KG range (80%) and to slowly increase my 80%...but that is BORING!!!
