So Fridays always roll around and people ask me two questions.
1) Why do I squat outside the squat rack?
Basically because Weightlifting bars are crazy expensive and I'm not going to drop it in the squat rack under any circumstances. I'm also using bumper plates so if I need to bail I will just drop the bar and pray for the best (and jump really high, like Tarzan on my squat rack) and get it on video!
2) Why do I walk it back so far?
Well, partially because I need to go back that far to get into the frame of the video camera but mostly because that is where the floor in my gym is semi-flat!
So what happens when someone with a size 16 shoe walks back and forth a bazillion times? You will never guess!
