Scott Paltos has been doing my programming since March 2015 for both powerlifting and physique. The off-season was programmed to add more size and work my technique on my raw lifts. Then slowly transitioned to raw powerlifting meet prep for May. As of right now, tentative physique show planned for September... #creatingamonster.

Well, technically this week's training was "post-show".  Even though I didn't compete, we treated it as post-show best we could (given the circumstances of my son's accident, needing to stay home and take care of him).  I got in a few training sessions toward the end of the week as he finally got back to school.

But what's next?  Powerlifting?  More physique? (since the last show was a wash). We'll see.  Still feel like I'm catching up on life.  I did qualify for the Arnold for PL in March so that will be on tap as of right now.

Oh, and it was my birthday this past Tuesday... yay.  I love my birthday and feel like every year is better. I've become quite the birthday brat. Haha... but it's October!!  And there's so much I love about October.

Stay tuned though because there's still some good stuff coming. I'll also be writing more (articles, logs and tips) and getting some more good info out there.
