There's always room to learn. After Battle of the Bay, I made the decision to work on Angela's conventional deadlift. Her favorite style is sumo. But I believe you need to know how to execute both disciplines. Her knees used to fall forward really bad going back to the floor. I feel it's 95% better now. This will help improve her sumo form and squat form. Here's 352 for an easy 5 reps.
